Wellbeing Week has been a fantastic success! We’re so grateful to everyone who joined our exclusive sessions and made the week a truly special experience.

We believe employee wellbeing is a cornerstone of success, and this past week proved just how much our clients value a holistic approach to their team’s growth. We hope the sessions with our expert facilitators provided you with practical strategies to create healthier, kinder, and more resilient workplaces.

Fuel, Don’t Fight: Rethinking Resilience – Sarah Williment

Sarah Williment taught us to stop fighting the clock and start managing our energy. Her session on “micro-rituals” offered a fresh perspective on fuelling ourselves more deliberately for sustained performance.

Most of us think we need more time, but what we really need is more energy. In this interactive session you’ll explore where your energy leaks, discover simple micro-rituals to recharge and manage your emotional/physical state more consciously and effectively, and leave with the first steps of a personal plan to fuel yourself more deliberately. Stop fighting against the clock and start designing resilience around the energy that sustains you.

Creating Kinder Cultures at Work

David Beeney showed how a culture built on kindness and compassion can unlock exceptional performance. He reminded us that caring for our people is the best way to inspire them.

Kicking off the week, David Beeney explored how businesses can unlock performance through kindness. A workplace culture built on respect and compassion not only supports employee mental health but also boosts engagement and energy levels across the business. This session highlights practical ways to foster resilience, care for your people, and still inspire them to deliver outstanding results.

This was a great and amazing session—very upbeat! It had loads of actionable tips on how to change things and was very useful. I would suggest everyone to attend it.

The speaker was great and covered a lot of ground in a short space while still being interactive. The session was down to earth, very positive, and thought-provoking. I got a lot out of it and I’m so glad that I didn’t cancel.

David Beeney’s webinar is truly transformative. It offers deep insight into how fostering kindness at work can radically change organisational culture. What I loved most is the way it connects kindness to productivity, engagement, and wellbeing—proving that compassion is not just good for people, but also great for business. Highly recommended!

The Power of 9D Breathwork

To close the week, Mick Phipps, the UK creator of 9D Breathwork, will lead a powerful immersive session. Breathwork is fast becoming one of the most impactful wellbeing practices available, helping people manage stress, restore focus, and improve overall health. This cinematic taster session is an incredible opportunity for employees to experience the benefits of breathwork in a safe and guided environment.

The Power of Breathwork: To close the week, Mick Phipps led an incredible immersive session on 9D Breathwork. We hope you discovered how this powerful practice can help manage stress and restore focus.

Despite being delivered online, this was a very engaging session. It had useful tips to take away and put into practice. I would definitely recommend it!

Mick Phipps’ 9D Breathwork is a life-changing experience. The practice is powerful, grounding, and deeply healing. Mick’s approach is accessible yet profound, guiding participants into a state of deep release and transformation. What stands out is how it helps people not only release stress but also reconnect with their inner self and energy. Highly recommended!
