Our Commitment to Sustainability
At Now Training, sustainability is an important part of how we operate. We voluntarily monitor our carbon emissions and continually look for opportunities to reduce our environmental impact through energy efficiency, hybrid working and sustainable travel initiatives.
Our electric vehicle scheme supports colleagues in making lower-carbon commuting choices, helping to reduce transport-related emissions. We are also proud that 100% of the gas and electricity supplied to our office comes from REGO-certified renewable energy sources. By measuring our impact and reviewing our performance year on year, we aim to make informed decisions that support a more sustainable future.
Year-on-Year Progress
By actively promoting lower-carbon commuting and encouraging the transition to electric vehicles, we have achieved a measurable reduction in our Scope 3 transport emissions over the past two years:
Significant Emissions Reduction
We successfully reduced our total transport emissions by over 35%, dropping from 4.11 Tonnes COâ‚‚e in 2024/25 to 2.65 Tonnes COâ‚‚e in 2025/26.
Electric Vehicle Adoption
The proportion of our staff commuting via fully electric vehicles doubled year-on-year, rising from 22.2% to 44.4%. Our EV Scheme supporting colleagues make the switch.
Reduced Energy Consumption
Through management of our gas and electricity usage, we achieved a 10.8% reduction in our emissions, from 2.186 tCOâ‚‚e in 2024/25 to 1.95 tCOâ‚‚e in 2025/26.
